Sub-Processors
Mnemom engages third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to deliver our services. Each sub-processor is bound by a written data processing agreement with obligations at least as protective as those in our Data Processing Agreement with customers.
The current list of our sub-processors, with their purpose, data categories, and region, is maintained in our Trust Center. We update it before engaging a new sub-processor.
Notice of changes
To be notified when the list changes, email [email protected]. Customers may object to a new sub-processor as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
Model providers you choose
When a customer routes traffic through the Mnemom gateway to a model provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google), the request goes to the provider the customer chooses, under the customer's own account and API key. That provider serves the customer directly and is not a Mnemom sub-processor. Separately, Mnemom uses Anthropic for its own features and operations; for that use Anthropic is a Mnemom sub-processor and is listed in the Trust Center. Mnemom passes this traffic through without training on it, and the customer controls retention and model-training behavior via request headers.
Website, sales, and marketing tools
Tools we use for our own website, sales, and marketing are not sub-processors of customer data. These include HubSpot, LinkedIn, and RB2B, which are described in our Cookie Notice, and Slack, which receives the details you submit through our enterprise contact form (name, work email, company, and message) so our team can respond.
